This is a 30 sqm 2 room apartment, however offering proper comfort after thorough renovation, and also a small southwest facing balcony.
Easy to share by 2 persons because a corridor runs along the rooms, each one can go to the kitchen or shower room or toilet without disturbing the other one.
Nice renovated wooden floor in main rooms and corridor.
First bedroom offers a double bed and many cupboards + access to the balcony
Second bedroom offers a new and comfortable sofa-bed, a fire place
and soon a cupboard (not yet on the pictures) + access to the balcony

5th floor without an elevator.

- renter's insurance premium (about 7 euros per room and per month)
- time share of taxe d'habitation : provision of 25 euros per room and per month
- reasonable brokerage fee (would depend upon length of stay) payable upfront
All provisions would be adjusted to actual at the end of the stay

For 1 person : per week including rent and utilities, up to 15 euros of electricity, 28 euros brokerage fee, 6 euros final cleaning fee
For 2 persons : per week including rent and utilities, up to 25 euros of electricity, 35 euros brokerage fee, 7 euros final cleaning fee
